Stark Tower, a 34-storey luxury development at The Light Waterfront Penang in Gelugor, has secured four globally recognised food and beverage brands under Berjaya Food Bhd — Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Kenny Rogers Roasters, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts — as commercial tenants. The freehold project encompasses 618 luxury suites and 26 commercial units on a one-hectare site, integrating AI technology with sustainable design principles. Managing director Leon Lee described the tenant mix as a curated lifestyle destination offering residents and visitors a variety of world-class dining options, all within a single address overlooking the Penang Bridge.
